Project Management Power Crash Course
This comprehensive and intensive project management course is a great start in project management. It is also an effective way to enhance the skills of project managers in the field. This course is based on the international project management standard from PMI and is blended with practical examples from real projects.
It covers all aspects in project management. However, the participants can choose the sections/specific topics which require more emphasis.
The course includes a workbook, case studies, templates in excel and word. It works best during a corporate training to use in-house projects as case studies.
Project Risk Management Workshop
This specialised workshop explains project risk management based on ISO31000 and PMI standards.
