This workshop provides participants with practical experience applying the principles of project risk management – ideally rehearsed on their own project. As a workshop outcome, participants will be able to create a project risk and opportunities register, assess and quantify the risks, plan and prioritize the actions. Additional to that, the monitoring and reporting of the risk status is included to ensure smooth project operation. Participants work together in groups over this one day workshop and they are encouraged to bring current projects to the class.
