Bhd., which serves the market with project management services since 2007. Now, with specialized services in Project Management we address the growing needs in business and management development in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific Region. in Renewable Energy Projects.
SUMMSO is Asia’s leading expert in Project Management, Project Assessment and Project Turnkey Implementation and System Integration for large Railway Projects, Renewable Energy Projects and CDM Projects.
Our track record covers the implementation and system integration of large scale and complex projects, Project Management Training & Workshops, Consulting for Project Organisations and implementation of Project Profit Centers (PMO).
We are certified and member of PMI®, the largest and best known association for project management. Additional to that, we are certified and member of SCRUM Alliance.

The Company’s Timeline
- In April 2009, PMCC-INTERNATIONAL has been certified as competent in design and installation of grid connected photovoltaic systems.
- In August 2009, PMCC-INTERNATIONAL has developed a LogFrame –Matrix/Analysis Course, based on the European Commission and UNDP for NGO’s in Cambodia and Myanmar.
- In October 2009, PMCC-INTERNATIAL conducted a EPC RISK-MANAGEMENT workshop at a Marcus Evans conference in Kuala Lumpur with the best evaluation on the speaker, content and presentation.
- During 1st Quarter 2010, PMCC-INTERNATIONAL started with the standard public course based on PMI; Project Management Power Crash Course.
- In July 2010, PMCC-INTERNATIONAL has commissioned a major project, worth RM500 million, as a PMC for YTL, Malaysia

- In December 2010, PMCC-INTERNATIONAL has completed the snag clearing for the double track section Sentul to Batu Caves, Malaysia
- In January 2011, the pmcc-international.com website has been integrated into the SUMMSO website to provide consolidated services to our customers.
- In January 2011, SUMMSO is nominated as PMC for a highly complex railway remodeling project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- In February 2011, SUMMO presented another EPC RISK-MANAGEMENT Workshop for Marcus Evans Conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- In March 2011, we have further extended our RE project services with the ENERBON GROUP Sdn. Bhd.
- In April 2011, SUMMSO has extended the online publishing with a CEO’s Blog where articles about project management are published.
- In August 2011, SUMMSO is going AGILE. We have entered the AGILE Project Management with a Certification as a SCRUM MASTER to support IT projects better.
- In Sept/Oct 2011, SUMMSO provided PM consulting/training of a program of large electrification projects in Sarawak
- In November 2011, SUMMSO expanded to Abu Dhabi, UAE, for a special PM training on Virtual Teams and Project Management for geographically distant teams in IT projects for HSBC.
