SUMMSO is based on a strategic development in 2010. The experience the company and the employees have collected over the years is in engineering projects in different fields and roles. We can proudly list a number of small, medium and large and complex projects as successfully achieved. These are complete Railway Projects incl Electrification, Railway Signalling, Communication, Electronic and Software Projects, Construction Projects and Personal Development Projects in Project Management Trainings.
We have consulted a number of NGO's in different countries either in capacity enhancement or with the log frame approach. We did as well a consulting on workshop basis for a large NGO in Myanmar in Organisation Development by implementing the matrix organisation and with it a PMO to enhance the quality and sustainability of the projects.
Lately we added projects in Renewable Energy, mainly Photovoltaic Systems, PV Power Plants, and BioGas Plants.
Our experience starts on the ground level including engineering up to subcontractor and system integration, project management, main contractor, EPC and turnkey management, project sponsor and project owner.
